We ruined Dow. Making him do the tough jobs too early in his career when he should've got lesser roles while he developed. Developed him poorly. First year and a bit was good then just fell away.

Each week is different. Sides like Port play well they'll always be too good. We are generally ok with sides at the middle of the road.

Motivation comes from within and we don't have that on a regular basis. a coach can encourage it but in the end it's up to the individual. Port play for premierships, we play for the paycheck.
