Midfield getting smashed. Pendlebury, Adams, Crisp getting way more of it than Cripps, Walsh, Williams. Need to lift

Setterfield 3 handballs, Dow 6 disposals.

The midfield does not bat deep enough?

Cripps only 9 disposals.

Overall not too bad. Not much from Cripps, Docherty, Williamson, SPS, Levi, Dow, and half a dozen others.

If they turn up we might get somewhere.

Otherwise play the kids.

We are too flat footed when we give up possession.

Setters days in the team are numbered the way he’s going.

Thank god we have got Martin, Saad and Williams over the past 2 off seasons.

Cripps average so far.

Walsh lifted that quarter but needs a big second half.

Martin has been fantastic.

To win we need our senior guys to lift and carry us over the line.

Pies big guns all firing at the moment. Elliott off will help us a bit, but De Goey could end up with 8-10 the way he’s going and the way we are allowing the ball to get in there.

All need to do more, a lot more.

Setters looks the biggest worry out of all of them. The others I see having points of difference which can lead them to be above average AFL players, setters is a contested ball guy who currently can’t win a contest.

He was like this v tigers too.

Relying on Marchbank to come good?

He’s more myth than man at this point.

He’d still not help us put more pressure on.

He’d be ahead of setters for me at the moment though. Surely would of got more than 3 touches in a half.

It's OK. We play offensive footy that's attractive to watch. Don't worry about winning.
You could drive a B double through the centre of the ground and not hit one of our players when the opposition win the ball.

So pro’s for a change.

Harry. He can kick. The yips has been all in his head.
Martin. Out and out class. Absolute gun.
Gibbons. Just constantly finds goals. Becoming a very valuable small forward.
Fish. Feels like he’s been involved in almost everything good we’ve done.
Saad. Top handful of players at the club already. He’s even better than I gave him credit for. One of the best small defenders in the league.
Walsh starting to turn the tide in the midfield but got a long way to go.

That’s about it really

It sometimes feels like for every top player we bring in, an existing player drops his level to compensate.

Cripps isn't hurting them with his possessions.
Same goes for Doc. We need our leaders to lift and the young guys will follow.
Oscar can consider himself very unlucky not to be playing when watching Levi. He is underdone and Oscar should have been playing this week.

His 3rd quarter against tiges was very good though. 10 or 11 touches from memory and used it well after barely getting near it in the first half. Let’s hope for a repeat here
