Very happy with the acquisitions in total over the period two very good senior players Saad and Williams top 10 at their previous club.
Fogarty more speculative but a good choice and still young

3 drafted this week seem promising and got a couple of sliders in the draft so hopefully we nail the picks.
Didn’t lose anyone we wanted to keep
A very good exchange period in my view

Apologies if this isnt the right place to post this but:

And Carlton is expected to invite delisted Saint Jonathon Marsh as a train-on player in January and will consider cut Demon Oscar McDonald for the same opportunity for their single vacant spot.

I think he will surprise too.
Has played 23 games in the strong and deep Geelong midfield.

I'm rapt and even rapted in this years draft/trade and the list.
Williams and Saad is just breathtaking.

We have enough back up for every position.
No doubt it would be good to have a developing/ back up KPD and ruck.
A player like Casboult gives us back up at KPD, KPF and Ruck for 2021.

Recruiting a genuine slider expected in the teens at pick 41 is uplifting to say the least.

I agree with all the sentiment here. Lost no-one we wanted and added needed speed and talent. Fianls here we come. There I have said it!

Agree with Frank - a very good trade and draft period.
List is in the best shape in years.
Now over to the players and coaches to get the job done.
We’ve got the talent to play finals

But who do we have as a back up / future KPD.

No rush. These can be brought in via trades in due course.

If Jones and/or Weitering go down next season?

Not Casboult please, he is a last resort, short term, fill in.

We still have a spot on our list, which we'll likely fill with a DFA or mid-season draft (if that's still a thing).

Callum Moore, Johnathan Marsh and Oscar McDonald are all training with us.

We all know Callum Moore is a failed forward at top level but a good reserves player.

Has he ever been given the opportunity in defence?
