Just because we choked it up this year doesn’t give us a let off for next year. We probably should have made finals this year, all in all we underperformed IMO. While I agree that anything short of finals is a fail this year, my expectation remains that we will miss. I just simply don't believe that this group is capable of fully understanding what is required to be successful. |

Maturity will come , I feel more comfortable now with independent Reserves team and Daniel O’Keefe coaching, Luke Power as head of development too . A grade talent is returning so Austin & Agrestia are ok also. The Nuts and Bolts are tightening positively , save a few personality /ego issues , listed players will respond to better development & mentoring onwards together no more excuses. |

The AFL has just released the round 1 fixture for next year. Unless there is a mistake it says it is a Richmond home game. I thought we alternated each year and it was our turn. |

'Expectations for 2021'? All out for less than a 100 in games at the G. Lose by an innings at the Adelaide Oval - both times. Winning with a big 6 in the final over at the SCG Gabba - same as last time, almost failing to score in the 2nd Innings |
