Not sure the quotation marks are necessary here. I reckon Simmo might be better placed than yourself to determine who his mates are and what he values in them.

Yeah, but we would’ve won by 5 goals if it hailed. 10 goals if it snowed.

We won 3 qtrs.

Dry weather may have suited our overly tall side.

Yeah I'm a negative nellie at the moment and happy to own it...and won't change till I see actions

However, was I imagining it or did Willo play more of a wing role? That's his position. train it all summer...will be delivering accurtaly to the forwards and if he has an opportunity I50, has an accurate kicking style

Thinking the same thing

Both got the send off they wanted. What about Simmo’s personality makes you think he wants more fanfare?

this is what I posted above...

I'm sure it was how simmo and kreuze wanted it, but last week's fawning was way over the top

Yep, was writing my response while yours was posted.
As an aside, Simmo was one of the players chairing Gibbs off, so I reckon he’s ok with both send offs.

39 qtrs won, just one from the top of that ladder. Shows how much run ons in qtrs killed us. Win that many qtrs and you should be a contender, not 12th or 13th.

That's our season in a nutshell. As the old saying goes, we are like the girl with the curl. Put a fit Charlie into this and the sky is the limit.

Thank you Simmo and Kruez. CFC legends.

Kennedy gets traded or delisted and I’m going to lose my sh1t.
Harry McKay is going to be a bloody star. Can’t say it enough.
Seriously underrated Plowman does it again.
Walsh .... all I need to say.
SPS & Cuningham need to be added in the positives.

TDK drops too many marks but he is getting his hands on it and has time to build and is only a kid.
Gibbons last month has concerned me.
Cripps needed to be rested and Teague should have pulled rank. We have been playing with 1 man down for a fair part of the year.

"Harry" Madden in his early years couldn't catch a ball but that improved over time.

TDK hopefully will do the same .... just needs to work at it.

And you can add 12 more scoring shots to Bris...
And a once in a blue moon 90% conversion for us

Yeah, let's take a 17 point 'honourable loss' and hang our hats on it over the off-season

Agree SB.

Especially on Gibbons and Cripps.

Gibbons defensive work has been poor lately and Cripps should have missed weeks, embarrassing watching the great man struggle.

Also couldn't understand playing both Pittonet and TDK in greasy wet conditions.

Just home from the game. Very lucky to have been there for Simmos last. Love that man.

Out kicking skills are below standard. We need to fix that up pronto.

Was nice to sit in a loud pro Carlton section.

A game I will remember forever.

Thanks Simmo

Glad you could attend, thanks for being vocal, it's nice to hear.

Brisbane have benefited significantly from the quirks of this season. More than any other team.

I think they'll choke.

Couldn't care less about their scoring shots. Not our problem. Control only what we can We pissed it down the drain in the 2nd qtr but won 3 qtrs. Same issue all year, won 39 qtrs, just one from topping thar count. Shows the big issue is the run ons the other side gets in one qtr. Should be right in it with that count. Shows what those lapses have done to our season.

Yep, I've got no confidence in them if they play Richmond

Just got home.

You guys cracked me up reviewing the live game feed and seeing all those cauliflower

I thought "what's with all the vegetables?"

LOL - finally worked it out that you really meant vaginas

Sigh.

I was right next to one of the TV camera men, and I kid you NOT - even HE was yelling out "Bullshit!"

over the umpiring.

and i asked him if he was a Carlton supporter and he said "No. This umpiring is just shit!"

Funny as F-U-C-K.
