we had our chance, we shit the bed ... twice ... we should be cementing on spot in the either this week, instead we are relying on results etc.. fianls are done, we cant handle the pressure .... yet (hopefully) |

To add to that door staying ajar, Adelaide are working harder than usual vs GWS Opportunities keep presenting themselves. I know you're thinking 'whilst others make opportunity for us, we haven't taken it.' Point is, things can change very quickly this year, and the opportunity still presents itself for Carlton. There's a message there. There's definetly a lesson. Even if finals don't eventuate, its better position/ state of mind/ mental nourishment to keep the fire alive than the opposite and seeing no trees for wood....when there are. Stuff that method (the defeatist outlook); its no fun at all. Everything about is wrong. If you say I'm used to being let down by Carlton and don't believe, hence the cloudy outlook, I say, Its a game. |
