This year has seriously been a waste. The season was set up for us at 3/4 time the last two weeks and we [REDACTED] it!

I'm happy we've improved a mile since the middle of last year and were talking finals this late in the year but at the same time it has really been a waste.

Do we have people leading our club who know what they are doing? The only person that shines like a beacon is Russell. A dramatic deficiency is leadership. We are still a side that lacks grunt, poise and class. Until we get that along with some decent leadership, we are going no where. The only player that exhibits those qualities is Walsh. No one else.
