Another team that is exhausted, hobbling and dispirited. We won't have a better shot. |

Sidebottom out helps. They are there for the taking, only just hanging on at the moment. If we are to play finals, can't drop this. |

I think SPS needs a spell, minimal impact. |

if we play like we did tonight, we win. if we kick like we did tonight, we lose collingwood have the wobbles, but are a more mature side than gcs and know how to make other teams mistakes pay is it too late to get big sav rocca back? |

Humpers wrote: Navy Blue Horse wrote: I think SPS needs a spell, minimal impact. Yep agree. Not sure we need 2 rucks either. Grundy isn't in his AA form and even when he has a good week, their mids don't reap the benefits.. He is agile and covers a lot of ground. TDK is more suited to him than Pittonet. BUT. Their midfield is in tatters. Collingwood is short down back and their main sweeper is out for the season. If we go tall in attack and can deliver the footy like we did tonight, we just have to kick straight. They will bring in Cox this week. He's the last man standing. Jones to him and the rest are smaller types we can cover, especially if Willo takes ground. Their forwards like to maintain th pressure so having someone like him and Simmo who are noat afraid to run with the ball and break the lines is important. I am not in the rest SPS camp but I am in the play him upfield one. I was more nervous we would fluff the GCS game after Freo but I think we will get up against Collingwood and put a nail in their season. |

Who's our next in line to take SPS spot in defence? Would we swap him with Cottrell? |

SPS plays some of his best football against the Pies. He hasn't been going at full steam but I wouldn't drop him Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk |

I havnt missed this fixture in 'years' will feel weird watching from TV. I dont think Collingwood are on the ropes just slightly out of form - if we bring our A game it should be a good tight contest. |
