I know that this is risky after all the shellackings that the Hawks have given us over the last 10 years, but there is a whiff of Carlton circa 2001 about them at the moment. Delusional president, ageing list, Clarko can fix anything. The A graders covered up everything - take them away, or make them older, and most of the B graders dont become A graders, or even stay B graders - they slip lower. Its just amazing how long the football media has been fooled by them. I know they were competitive last year, but people forget how free agency and the introduction of the expansion teams have allowed them to stay higher for longer.
