We've only beaten them 8 times since the 1995 Preliminary Final. It's an extraordinary record.

Makes me sick.

I hope that is soooo in the past after we win the next 6 in a row

Next 2 weeks are now bigger than we can imagine and will truly give us a clear indication of where this group is at.
Playing well against Port was a non-negotiable and we did that and nearly won the bloody game. Awesome outcome.
However, winning and winning well against North and Hawks(?) is not up for discussion. It's now an expectation, and it will be a challenge, as both sides will come at us, but if we want to become successful, we stand and deliver.
Looking forward!

ditto

Talk about matching up against Goldstein. Forget it as he is too good.

Go back to the old way. Our mids are better than theirs with Ziebell, Cunnington and maybe Simpkin out. So at taps shark him. Remember sharking?

When we have the ball do not kick it anywhere near him unless it is unavoidable.

How good would it be to give them a hiding. I still have nightmares about the Pagan game in 2003

Yes the art of ruckwork.

If your opponent is better at tap ruck work, at least try and physically minimise his options so as to give your mids a better chance at sharking it.

Harsh is Mason Wood. This would be a 20 and 3 game for him normally

If he is a late withdrawal then I guess Moore comes in (would prefer TDK myself).

If McKay and Cas injured we bring in...?? Understand it will be raining.
North have some good ins although Simpkin must still be a possible late out.
No longer that confident...
