Losing against North wouldn't surprise at all. Goldstein usually dismantles us. Hopefully Cunnington is still out. Then we can send Ed to Higgins.

At our stage of development and maturity we are likely to win this game then lose the next one against North...lol. It's probably going to be 2 steps forward, one step back for a short while until we develop further and win consistently. Part of the journey.

Agree I think the development of consistency in application and performance will be the next step for this group. We’ve shown that our best can match it with anyone in the competition. The next step is bringing that best level more consistently. That’s what I’ll be looking for over these remaining 11 games. If we can work out our consistency, then we’re a finals side going forward.

Mitch Georgiades in for Port. Wasn't there a Georgiades who kicked 9 on debut playing for Footscray against us 30 odd years ago?
If this guy is any relation, he is a shoe in for the Moran.

Murph and Willow were the two injuries from last week.

Murph I can handle but Willow is in my fantasy team.

John. Mitch is his son.

He's played one game already so there's no history repeating against us...lol.

Surely Mitcho!

Anyway, no SOJ... settles that argument...
I suspect Fish for Murphy...(didn't sound good)...
I hope Willo is OK... Get a block of games, otherwise.. Who? Cottrell? Moore? Philp again?

Polson must have been poor in the dressing room to be dropped

Does anyone know whether the Blues will have to wear their clash guernsey against PA on Sunday?

John Georgiades is remembered for his debut in Round 1 of the 1989 season where he kicked 8 goals against Carlton. Only three players have kicked more goals on debut in VFL/AFL history

Reckon that was at Waverly Park against North..................Ralph couldn't do wrong that day.If he polished a turd and put it on the mantlepiece you would say it was a fine piece of art.

Port Adelaide ruckman Scott Lycett will miss Sunday's date with Carlton.
