This is getting interesting. I hope we show up from the start, should be a cracker... Port are playing super fast footy and if we aren't ready, it's the classic 4 goals before we get started.

Yeah that’s a strange one. Why can’t they fly up a couple of days before the game like normal? Is it a requirement from the QLD government due to COVID that they have to FIFO? You’d think this is a big advantage for us. That coupled with Lycett out has me liking our chances. Turn up with the same intent from last week and we can win this!

Can't express how big this game is. In the context of the season I think this is the most important match for us since the Ratten days. It's more of an opportunity than anything. Losing it isn't such a big deal, we got to 3-4 and back to the pack of teams fighting for the bottom part of the 8.

But a win, I feel, marks our arrival. It will take us to 4-3, having played 6 of the top 8-9 teams, with 5 of the bottom 6 still to come. We can really set up our season today, and the belief and confidence around the group will go to another level.

Huge game. Can't wait!
