Well well well. How about that?!

What a complete performance. Dogs last 3 opponents scored in the 30s I believe.

But FMD they get/got a dream run from the umps.

So happy for the boys, coaches and the club.

Let’s keep it going :smoking:

Only thing going to wreck this is the poms (plus Archer) running through the West indies

So good to be relaxed in a last quarter ...

A great win and my favourite thing about the win is we weren’t carried by Cripps, Docherty, Murphy, Levi etc. instead it was Kennedy, Setterfield, Martin, Walsh and McKay that were the stars.

The Bulldogs remind me a bit of us, they’re not good if they’re not the underdogs.

The best thing for the club lately has been the emergence of some new players as third on ballers/part time forwards. We looked like we didn’t have enough guys that could hold their own in the guts in the first few rounds but lately Martin, Cuningham, Setterfield and now Kennedy have all shown they’re capable in the role. No surprise that we’re winning more the stronger our midfield gets.

Eddie's featured in the final minute/seconds of all our wins.

Jeez it was nice/weird to watch the last few minutes and be relaxed.

We are the 4th highest scoring team in the competition.

Top 2 based on quarters won.

Could (and should) very easily be top 4 right now on the ladder.

Plenty to be excited about.

Yes great even team performance
Dare I say it a very mature performance from this team

Addition of Pitto Martin Betts and return of Docherty has improved this side
Good games from Gov H and Levi
Should now be the standard for H and Gov
Williamson Setterfield SPS Weitering Kennedy all look like senior players
Jones was excellent
Walsh is a very good player
Ed was enormous in various roles

And how good from Eddie always loved him

That escalated quickly!

Too much to say to know what to say. Pure love for the boys tonight and worth getting pissed on for the first half. Metricon has been Heartbreak City for so long, great to belt the dogs comprehensively, shake the hoodoo, crack a ton AND make the 8 all in one swing of the hammer! :thanks:

The Dogs do get a dream run from the maggots. Was hard not to think back to the Geelong game at 3/4 time, I thought 2 goals for the last quarter and we'd be home. Didn't see 6 to 0 coming. Fantastic to watch.

I thought Kennedy and Setterfield played the type of game they were brought to the club to play

Pittonet is a terrific competitor and is our number 1 ruck going forward

Jack Martin's attack on the footy is terrific

Levi had six or seven score involvements tonight. I really thought he was tremendous

Wetters is now a beast down back and never stops competing

Only negative, apart from the injuries, was the umpiring. Felt like they were playing half back for the Bulldogs tonight. Good to get a win in spite of the lobsided adjudication.

Frank, how long has it been since we've seen a four quarter team performance like tonight's match?

By far the best 4 Q performance for many years.

Kennedy a great inclusion and our pressure was sensational.

Geez I love my football team
