People talk about Harmes in the 1979 GF, but the act which really turned the game was performed by Keogh at about the 16 minute mark of the 2nd quarter.....

Correct. It was the Carlton equivalent of Balme in ‘73. Unlike Balme, Keogh was not a renowned thug but geez did he fix Ohlsen up....

Ohlsen (ex-Blue) was BOG up to that stage. It happened about the same time in the match when Harmes was moved into the centre, which people talk about as the turning point of the game.
