With reduced quarters, I don’t think it would hurt Stocker to be playing AFL.

South Australian Premier has just announced that they are closing their borders as of Tuesday.
Surely this means season is now on hold.

Can’t we just play against Victorian teams?

SA derby next week.

But yes, anyone crossing goes into 14 day isolation.

Game over.

How would the season re-start end of May if there is no training in between ? ...

I’d say the players will be put on and be expected to keep fit on individual plans. Not sure if they would be getting to the club to use the gym, facilities in smaller groups or not as well. Definitely will be back on the individual to manage. Let’s see who is focused and who isn’t.

I can't see any games played this year anymore.. its way too hard and complicated....and the Virus is completely stopped and a cure found, then this will be a year off for all of us....

I agree. I just hope the clubs have the financial resources to withstand the blow as it's hard to be able to cover all of your expenses without any revenues coming in.

On a personal note, please be very vigilant in your social distancing. I am based in New York and you can see with this thing, you go from a handful of cases to thousands in a matter days and then the death toll starts to mount. Isolate and take precautions and let's hope we can talk about footy and the club we love without having to worry about our safety and the safety of our loved ones from this wretched virus.

How did you manage to post that without using 'unprecedented' even once?

That was a good game, I couldn't remember and thought we must have had a good year.

Went and looked at the ladder...... 4 wins for the year
