Yep, I remember both. Both times the coaches were sacked to save the arses of the board members.

Start of season would have thought Gov H Charlie Cunningham SOS with Eddie
Eddie the only one there
Thank Goodness Casboult is robust none of the others seem to be

Very limited firepower in forward line in view of the absences

Our injuries have been terrible this year and long term impacted injuries to key players.
Crucial players part of our 22 who have played one game or less in 2020 are: Charlie, Dow, Fisher, Newman, Kruezer, Marchbank.
6 players in our best 18/22 = 1/3 of our side. Not including Macreade or Kerr either.
It takes it's toll in results, specifically when you add minor 2 to 4 week impacts.
Kerr?

Anyway, what's wrong with Harry?

Go Blues

Injuries hide the excuse for a lack of depth
Whose fault is that
Lang
MacCredie
O’ Dwyer
Polson
Goddard
Moore
All spuds
Then there our blokes who have big wraps on them
Dow
O’Brien etc
Richmond have many key guys out but they go ok

We have 10 guys at the moment who are injured
Curnow is a big loss
The rest less so
There are 146 players in total on the injury list
That’s an average of 8.11
Not a lot of difference

Development?

Lack of development creates lack of depth.

I like Macreadie. He's a had a bad run with injury.
I love his athleticism, his size and his courage.
May not make it, but anything can happen.

Newman at HBF adds 20m to our rebounds and moves SPS into the middle of the ground. That's a big difference to our gameplan.

Marchbank & Jack are easy inclusions, probably in our first choice 18.

Agree there is a drastic lack of depth, but it's not like our injury list is full of guys ranked 20-30.

SPS was playing and training at half back long before Newman got injured
