A lot of very good players have endured a few rough years with injury, but at the end of their time, no-one remembers that. They remember the games they won off their own boot. Hopefully Charlie is the same.

That knee is pretty [REDACTED] up by the sounds of it.

SOS has provided some good options to cover him though.

I'd say Kemp is more important to get right sooner than Charlie.

It does sound like its a mess.

Problem as a teenager, and continues today.
When he went down in the first quarter against Port just running after the ball, we were all relieved it wasn't an ACL, but its hampered his time on the field like an ACL.

Stress fracture at old screw holes, not new ones: sounds like Swiss cheese.

We need to get him right...really right ... as can be...this year.
No need to get him on the field this year.

Kemp ... he's a forward, a midfielder and a backman ... sounds better than Cripps. Hope he comes good.

Charlie reminds me as much of Troy Menzel as he does Jarrad Waite.

How did you come to that conclusion?

Oh I dunno, big-body versatile top draft pick had something to do with I think

An unknown quantity more important than a key forward who kicked 7 goals in a game last year, was third in our B&F as a 21 year old, in the ALFPA best under 22 team in 2017 and 2018.
Oh I dunno, sounds a bit fanciful I think.

I have to prey so really hard for that not to be true.

...but I get where you are coming from.

Phil Carmen spent the most important moments of his footy life off the field.

Charlie has an opportunity.
He's the next big thing if... he can stay fit.

Waite was more consistent for North in his first three years than at Carlton...IMO.
Menzel was a Menzel speciment but...

Come on Charlie Capre Diem.

Just need to forget Charlie for a while and keep everything crossed it heals. This isn’t a good injury and I’m just not confident in a knee cap coming good, but I’m trying to be positive for now. 2021....

I'm looking forward to an update on our injuries. Fish had a significant injury Round 1 and was gutsy in playing the game out. Hopefully he's close for Round 2.
Same with Plowman, Marchbank and particularly Eddie. I'm hanging out to see him display his magic in the Navy Blue again.

Harry won't play this year, let alone Charlie.

We all know how this song goes.

I thought Teague said Kemp (He said Brodie) Charlie and Krooz.

The rest would be pretty much right to go for round 2

Matthew Kreuzer (foot) is on track for a late season return and Charlie Curnow (knee) is done for the season but the Blues are confident Eddie Betts (hamstring), Zac Fisher (low-level syndesmosis) and Nic Newman (elbow) will all be ready by the week of June 11.

And of course in a shock to no-one, Richmond have a grand total of zero @#$%&! injuries.

They've had a dream run. It can't be a co-incidence. Their HPM must be pretty good.
