Too many Sunday games for my liking.

I suppose it's about what we should expect given our performance this year.

Would have preferred Collingwood twice over Richmond.

On a positive note we only play interstate 5 times and no Geelong.
That gives us 17 games in Melbourne for the first time in a while.
Gold Coast trip for me again.

I must be one of the few who don’t mind the fixture.

Swans, Saints, Roos, Dogs should all be generally around us on the ladder. I don’t feel hard done by getting those teams twice.

I have local footy on Saturday afternoon, so I’m ok with not having a large amount of games in that slot. We’ve got pretty good variety across timeslots and days, 17 games in Melbourne, an easy travel schedule and reasonable double up games.

There was the one in 2004 I think, when Houla kicked OOF & Daniel Wells goaled.

Friendly draw in terms of opponents and venues, but the scheduling is a bit of a slapdown. Do they not hear the Teague Train? TOOT @#$%&! TOOT!

Finishing with consecutive games in Melbourne is a definite plus.

If there’s any aspirations for finals, we’ll need a strong uninterrupted run home.

Apart from Richmond, the double up teams are fellow mid table rivals so if we perform well we can beat them. Time to beat the Swans, Roos and Saints regularly if we are improving.

Always difficult to predict the bottom 4 but I think GC, Adelaide, Freo and maybe even the Dees again will be there. Would have liked to play one of those twice instead of the Dogs.

Karl Norman played and got stitched up for the rising star nom to Spud Firitto... must have been around 2003 or 4. Can't remember one since.
