Wow finally we see emotion from the coach. I just saw it on ch7 and he was going off at them in the rooms. I hope others witnessed it. Wow he absolutely cracked it at them all

He’s been with us for a long time and we haven’t been successful at any point in his tenure. In his defence this year though, he’s our stoppages coach and that’s been one of our stronger areas this season, even with Cripps significantly down on his regular output.

I can't recall his area ever being strong for us. Regardless, he's been around too long for little return and hungry, fresh blood is needed. That era needs to be cleansed.

Also, I previously put Stanton in my 'safe' category, I've changed my mind on this now. If as 'transitions' coach he is responsible for our delivery into F50 (and back to defence), he's gotta go.

As for Bruce, if we can get a new forwards coach and move him back to the middle (where he had most of his success at the Hawks) then he can get a stay.

Either way, our forward line, our delivery into it, and defence on the rebound, have to be prioritised. Plus some ruthlessness of course.
