No point flogging Cripps & Kreuzer if they are hurt. Give Phillips an opportunity to prove he is worth keeping around for another year.

B: Plowman Jones Simmo
HB: SPS Weitering Thomas
C: Setterfield Walsh LOB
HF: Gibbons Charlie SOJ
F: Harry Casboult Lang

R: Phillips E Curnow Murphy

Inter: DeLuca, Fisher, Kennedy, Newman

I’d be quite happy for Dow to replace Lang or DeLuca. Kennedy and SOJ will need to spend more time in the middle if Cripps is out.

I wouldn’t be upset if they decided to drop Harry, but I doubt it will happen. His laziness does my head in.

McKay got 4 votes from the coaches. Guess we all see things differently

I have a soft spot for St Kilda now Ratts is coach. Going crazy in my old age.

I would be happy for Carlton to steal Ratten and then Saints appoint 'The One Who Shall Not Be Named'.

I don’t really get this argument. In this scenario Adelaide losing still helps big time, as we get more tradeable value for that pick, the lower the Crows fall.

Yes, it increases the technical value. And it certainly makes it easier to assess the Stocker trade (pick #3 for pick #9 is much better than #2 for #14...
But usually when trading for a player, it is done based on what you have, within a ballpark. E.g. The Swans may demand our first round pick for Papley. Doesn’t really matter whether that pick is #10 or #12 b/c that is what we have.
Might be different if the difference was between pick #16 and they want a top 5 pick which we’d have to do another deal for. Case in point what GWS wanted for Shiel.

Well go on then. (I can think of about three candidates for this).

I had a soft spot for St Kilda back in the 80's when they were Carlton's retirement home and complete shit.

Since Carlton have been terrible their fans became insufferable. I'd love nothing more for them to win the next 26 spoons.

I assume we are talking about Madhouse.
Check out the interview with Murphy on the club website today.
He is asked about MM saying he wants to coach again and how Murphy felt about it.
Murphy has to try not to laugh and says nothing.

Charlie won’t play again this season ... all other injury news is positive ...

Nothing in today’s injury report about Kreuzer or Cripps, not that I was expecting there would be. Fingers crossed they are good to go, but if not-

In: Dow, Phillips
Out: Cripps (inj), Kreuzer (inj)

If you are arriving at Jolimont Station, have a drink at The Pullman:

If arriving at Richmond, see BG72's post.

Excellent thank you CK95 :). As I indicated its been a long time since I've been to Melbourne, so I have no idea where I will be arriving at lol. I do know Im staying in a hotel at Bourke St Mall. If you have any tips on the best way to get to the MCG from there I would be very grateful!
