Hard to swallow but got what we deserved. Very very ordinary for large parts.

Haven’t put 4 quarters together. No composure at the death.

Horrible
Don’t get sucked in by the end score.

Pros
JSOS
Walsh
Setters
Murphy- stuck some tackles
Kennedy tried hard

Cons
McGovern - dead set may be a worse than the MCGuane pick up
Newman - shocking decision maker, and horrible disposal
Dow - love the boy but he is sore or something else
McGovern - yep I know it’s a double up but that’s how shite this bloke is

Our problem was kicking goals but stopping the other mob kicking them. Help that we not "kick" those goals for them at times.

Ironic that our two losing games we kick 100.

Personally, I'd rather a 1st quarter blow out then good clean football all the way to a win.

We get rid of Simpson, Newman and Plowman out of our baclkline and put a three players in there that could hit a barndoor we’d be half a chance

I’ve cursed Newman so much this year it ain’t funny. Dead set liability for mine.

Gov surely gets dropped after that effort no where to be seen
definitely been a poor trade

We were killed for large parts of the game, and the Umps were just so bad it was mind boggling. Then in the end we blew a game that was there for the taking. We are better to watch than under Bolts, but we really do need to get a Coniglio if we are going to be competitive going forward.

McGovern looks like being a bad pick. Doesn't get anywhere near enough possies, and that's always the slow on him.

McGovern will be good for us for a number of years. No issue there but right now needs to be in the NBs as his current form is horrible. He just doesn't look fit. Harry is back next week and should replace him.

Not sure how we do it but how do we turn good kicks into bad kicks.

Unless there is something we don't know, maybe related to lack of a proper pre season, then he is a shocker. All hilight reell and no substance. Exactly what we don't need.

According to your previous posts the problem was BB, so I guess the issue is now Teague. :smoking:

I think Guv needs a chance to come good in the reserves but I don't think it's a bad trade at all. Newman 26 possessions at 65% effeciency. Not his fault we lost. I think the future is bright.

Send McGovern to AR's fat-camp in the offseason and I'm sure he'll be fine.

We did not deserve to win that and against anyone who wasn't as shit as Melbourne wouldn't have gotten as close.

The majority of the team were shocking all game.

McGovern was a total spud.
