Definitely not blaming Simmo for the loss but 5 Carlton players and Oliver. I'm sure that in an instant he saw all Blue ..... the rest is history

The more I think about the game the more disappointed I get.

We were awful for 3 quarters. Awful. A better side would of had the game sewn up by half time.

Midfield got smashed. Perhaps putting extra pressure on the backline however they collectively had a stinker. Having played that bad in a while.

Should of pinched it in the end. Lack of composure and poor skills cost us.

I hope internally we aren’t seduced by the last quarter. This game should be reviewed for the stinker it was. Clearly our worst under Teague.

Simpson has been doing this for years - but we aren’t allowed to shoot Bambi around here.

But don’t worry we’ve got adequate replacements in Plowman and Newman to take over when Simpson retires.

Good shot...
Came off the inside of Simmo's boot... Spun like a torp and went straight to the Dees player (Oliver?)... Anyway, one metre either side and its a ball up at worst...Dees could not get their hands on the ball to save themselves.... Literally..
As you said, the rest is history...
