Because our forward line is a small forward's graveyard due to a shit game-plan. Good luck to anyone who goes there and Murph is not a like for like replacement, so someone else will have to go to the graveyard. Good luck to them. Possibly send Dow there - he only gets 13 possessions as a midfielder in a winning team. Good mark, ruthless tackler, great kick for goal.

Didn't see that coming at all. His repeat efforts are second to none. I think he's very stiff. Only thoughts could be as Doc said taking the leg speed approach... it's how you want it to be though. You want the bloke coming out to be unlucky and not wondering if the ones staying in have some caught in the act photos of the selectors.

Different players. Murphy is averaging around 25 possessions per game and has only 2 goals less than Jack, even though he's played mainly up the ground.
He's still easily in our best 22. Jack is stiff to miss out but it's a no brainer for Murphy to come back in IMO.
