Maybe Scott is the right balance between our previous weaknesses, the premiership messiah & the untried coach.

Anthony Pratt suggested Lethal Matthews as coach. Might need to add him to the list.

I bet he was shattered to learn Hafey & Jeans are unavailable.

0 ex-teammates were at SOS' 50th from what I heard from an ex champion. I'm sure Ratts would continue looking elsewhere.

Clarkson ... but i just dont think it will happen.

I am really warming to Ratts ... on so many levels. Always had the thought that he was shafted .. took us to a prelim, in sydney that we lost by 2 points? not sure how you go from that ... to getting sacked etc..

Considering everything else, i think he ticks all the boxes.

Are we choosing a coach or a Senator?

I believe Ratts had a better list at his disposal than many claim he had

No he didn’t. We won exactly the same number of finals under Ratten as we did under Malthouse.

Teague who has control of our horrible forward line, why not the only success in Dale Amos?

This was my thought.
Teague is in charge of and presumably has set up the least-functional forward setup in the competition.
If that is his level of footy smarts, I can't see a Norf style turnaround in fortunes any time soon.
he has 2 weeks to show us what he is worth.

Personally I would like Ratts back.

Clarkson might like a change and I imagine if he came over we would become an instant destination club BUT we would have to throw the kitchen sink at him and give him a long term contract to go with it. Might be too risky.

Maybe the purpose was to stop him coaching the fwd line?

We played three Elimination Finals and one Semi Final under Ratts for a total of one Elimination Final win.

All on the back of Chris Judd.

If people are fed up with Bolts management speak then I’m not sure returning to Ratt’s stats is what we really want.

I haven't selected an option yet, but I like what this post suggests.

Nancy boys.

No idea if he’s got what it takes though there have been good reports but culturally he’d be perfect.

Absolute hard nut who never gave less than 100%.

Yes I joined the dots and came up with Sheedy too, I’ll puke if he’s offered the job.

He would be a great get as an assistant, but not sure about him as the main man......

He’s pretty settled in WA from all accounts, so I doubt he’d move over for an assistant’s role.
