That turncoat should be banned from the club. At least until his son is of draft age.....then I'll see if I have gotten over him ditching us.

All of sudden past players at training........I smell a bit of "old Carlton" creeping back in the doors.

Why should he be. He left becuase north gave him an extra year on the contract that we wouldn't. Called job security. You'd do the same thing. Worked as he had a couple more years on top of that.

So you cheers those that come to Carlton but, low and behold, look out if you leave.

I had no problem with Waite leaving. His time was up - he knew and we knew it.

I think it's great that Teague got some support today. Well done Shane O.

Agree about Waite leaving.
Only problem many of us had was that he had to take pot shots at the club as soon as he left.
Saying he learnt more from a conversation he had with Brad Scott than he learnt in his whole time at Carlton was not really necessary.

The worst thing about Waite leaving was that we received no compensation.

Yep, Waitey looking on from the sidelines. It was just like old times

I've always thought the club could do with a bit of presence from the great Pagan dual Wizard Cup premiership sides of the 2000s

Gotta be worth a coaching contract extension or two

No need to niggle or throw hay makers, giving away stupid free kicks. Just go hard at it.

Would not like to see stuff like Newman getting moist over one of his kicks out of defense.

A crisp chill in the air this morning in Melbourne.
An optimistic feeling about the Blues today.
Go boys! Give us a glimpse of better times ahead :fight:

20km/h winds today folks. Careful walking to the stadium.BOM recommends not wearing hats with ear flaps.

Perfect Winter's day in Melbourne, not sure if the roof will be on though.
Just hope the team shows something, anything will be better than last week.

Hope springs eternal. A fresh start.
All those positive phrases that will have my daughter and I there today. Watching intently from aisle 32, hoping for an almost miraculous change of fortune and a great victory. But also dreading the potential of the opposite occurring.
The life of a Carlton supporter

I will be too. In aisle 33.

Hope the lions wear the Fitzroy jumper. Always thought it looked great when the two clubs played

Craving for some emotional nourishment to go with today’s beautiful winter weather.
Go Blues!
