It's not what I've seen but what I know.
1. We have changed over 52 players in 3 years which means there is no team unity.
2. Our mids are pretty much kids, most with kid bodies.
3. Our team is young and extremely inexperienced (hence why we play some games well and some really poorly)
4. And with the new runner rules and the need for on-field leadership of our experienced players, the whole 5 or so of them (which Simmo, Murphy, Daisy and even Doc to an extent are not playing).

We need mature age midfield depth and time and no coach in the AFL can change this.

I reckon Crippa has given up the year. Getting beaten by sub standard tagger now. This sort of day should be tailor made for him. Not that he gets much of a chop out though.

I don't think there's a player on the field that actually wants to be there.
