Therefore you can’t bring that maximum effort every week
It’s hard to actually equate but if you drop to 95% against a good team who had
a shocker the week before your going to get slaughtered if
your not that good

The list is overrated internally as well
Collingwood were not on the week before until the last 5 minutes of the match
Take Cripps out of the game and the cupboard is bare in the middle where games are won these days

These crisis honest meetings sound good but are meaningless in the long run
Prepare for more thrashings particularly with a few more injuries
Playing teams on the rebound

Thanks for your insights Keogh.

No worries
Like your sarcasm
Look for what it’s worth I reckon we will win this weekend
The aints are a bit banged up
We get a few back

It’s a line in the sand game because of last week

But what happens against the Bombers the week after

One of the few mandates the club announced when the rebuild
started in 2016 was that the reaction to the result of a game win or
loss wouldn’t be extreme
Keep it at an even keel
Well that’s out the window

This happens when the opposition is generally better than you
Regardless of the last 13 games there needs to be drastic changes at board level

The club has needed a fresh coat of paint for a long time

As I suspected hot air
Won no respect by today’s performance and skill level was not AFL standard
Lost another thousand or so supporters today

I wonder if they had Chocolate or Strawberry topping on there ice creams while conducting these BRUTAL reviews.
Pathetic, absolutely pathetic.
Weak club lead by the WEAKEST coach in the AFL.

A little note to Paddy and Sam - If you have one of these don't announce it keep it to yourselves
A little note to Bolton - If the players decide to have one of these internal discussion in your prematch media conference don't belittle them for doing so and 100% don't tell the football world after a no coach meeting that the leadership provided feedback - It sort of makes the whole exercise pointless and undermines the captains authority

Bolton making light of this player review has lost him the only Ally he had in Cripps.

He belittled this meeting in his prematch presser

I think that particular brutal player review needs to be reviewed.

Yet Cripps was in the media afterwards saying what the meeting was about and said "they (players) need to" not "we"......... thought that summed it up!
