Glad Lloyd said that. Maybe some of you need to take the blindfold off. Same thing with Dale Thomas. Pull your @#$%&! head in...it's a boundary umpire! At least a $10k fine. Disgraceful.
I agree Doc. No-one should call an umpire a cheat.

I made a stand today about Carlton's poor season and took the Carlton cover off my mobile phone.
If they do it again - there goes my Carlton coffee mug.
I know that sounds harsh but am quietly confident they will get the message before I have to get rid of the scarf...

Allegedly "YOU'RE a f***ing cheat." to boundary umpire Michael Barlow.

Should have said: 'I'd really like to call you a f****ing cheat, but I won't, this time.'

Lloyd saying we need to toughen up .... got absolutely no issues with that. We're a bunch of nice guys. Get in there and tackle hard but what Mumford did is a c##t's act.

And another thing -

Why the white jumper, surely not a jumper clash with their bright orange?

I was wondering the same thing.
They played Hawthorn the week before and both had similar colours, orange back and gold back.
I felt the jumpers clashed so why didn't GWS wear an away jumper then?

Time for Carlton to file that away for next season - if the AFL are condoning “live by the sword die by the sword” then next Carlton -v- GWS game, Mumford has to be lined up by Casboult or perhaps Charlie Curnow accidentally driving a knee straight into the small of his back whilst taking a speccy.

Yeah that has credibility (not)!

Agree, it's 2019, not the 80's Mumford had one intention and he's got nothing to answer for FMD. We lose a player for 3/4 weeks and possibly another for calling an umpire a cheat. This year is travelling south at a very fast pace.

Mumfords act was gutless and Cripps cops a fine after the GWS player responds as if he was shot, comical.

AFL are so predictable. They need a strong GWS....Mummy gets off somehow. They have zero care for the Blues, as they've got metro Melbourne more than covered. Rampe calls the Ump a girl....fine....Daisy calls one a cheat and it's straight to the tribunal. Lol.

I can't recall any other player getting suspended for abusing an umpire.

Sorry, last point.

Does Mumford get off because he’s a good bloke and someone wants a beer with him?

Late hit on a player who did not have the ball and took him out of the game. This from a player with priors.

Should be simple. I said, SHOULD.

I was right. It was simple.

Even James “Golden Balls and Drug Cheat” Hird only got a $20,000 fine for calling Umpire Scott McLaren “disgraceful” on a national and then high rating “The Footy Show”.

So based on that, if Daisy called the umpire a “flowering cheat” in front of an inflated audience of 10,000 people  at GWS, and factoring in the anti-Carlton AFL bias, he should get away with crucifixion.

Great points you bring up as usual AGRO.

Love it. Thanks.
