I'll take that. Not convinced Lang is anywhere ready, but then again neither is LOB, and a few others with smaller bodies.

Setterfield is going through the recovery motions me thinks. I know he's coming back from an ACL.
He doesn't try and accelerate out of trouble when he knows the opponent is closing in on him.
He takes the tackle and then its hit and miss if he gets the ball out by hand. Don't like that, its not working.

I also expect Cuningham to be selected...for Murphy.

Gibbo stays for mine.
Simmo in means we will win
Jones back, even better
for Pete's sake, give Kennedy a run!! (geez!!!)
Macreadie needs to go get Macreadie in 2's for a bit.

Dow, Fisher, Setterfield, SPS, Walsh is just too small at the moment.

Kennedy in, Charlie into the midfield, Kerr forward into Charlie's spot.

3 years ago, we usually had 3 of Cripps, Gibbs, Murphy and Ed around the ball. I'm glad we've brought in a stack of young talent. But surrounding Cripps with young bodies is not sustainable. For crying out loud, give Cripps some support. Play Ed in midfield for the rest of the year. Give Gibbons and SOJ and Kennedy some time in there as well.

Agree 100%.

GWS too big & strong in the middle.

For rest of season, Soj, Kennedy & Ed in and under. The younguns on the outside.

Would go exactly the same changes except Cuningham instead of Lang.

Cunners has been one of our best when he’s actually played this season and is exactly the type of player we’re missing, mainly because we have so many similar types in the 18-21 age bracket (Dow, Walsh, SPS, Fisher, O’Brien, Stocker)

Lang needs to build some form in the 2s a little longer. He was good on the weekend but played against a suburban standard team. I wouldn’t be opposed to him coming in, but is definitely behind Cuningham for mine. Maybe for Setterfield but I’d be inclined to keep him in. Setters looked off the pace on the weekend but in tough circumstances. Keen to see more of him when the teams competitive

Forgot about Cuningham. I'd have him in every day of the week.

Exactly...seriously why wasn't he directed to do just that. Why didn't he stick to de Boer like a glove and chop him out from tagging Cripps?....it is mind numbing.

Club says we will get help for Cripps.

What club does is get more talented kids who haven’t played 30 games between them to start every centre bounce with Cripps and move our few experienced mids out of there.

Seems the plan is to flog Cripps to death.

At least that is one plan that is working, sadly.
