Just re: the umpiring. Some of the stats for the year are pretty damning. But instead of 'demanding' a please explain, why don't we flip it and ask for senior umpires to come in and watch game tape with us and ask for their 'advice' on why x was and x wasn't paid. That way we can learn about how better to bend the rules.

As an example, we have clearly not adjusted to the open handed handballs are now ok interpretation. I'm sure there are others we can pick up and train into our players.
The HS match summary today was spot on...
Re.: umpiring it said that Blues fans were right to be p/off with the lopsided frees... But it was the ones that weren't paid that were more important.

.. I'd be asking umps the same BUT I'd be asking about player safety.

Cripps's tunnelling himself to give Degoey the free was right in front of me. I thought Cripps was gone... Broken arm at best if he didn't dive into the ground... Dumbfounded

Then Plowman at the death... At the ground it was obviously an arm chop across the head... Saw the replay tonight, he was rotated and lands on his back and neck.. WTF was going on??
We were done by the umpiring long before the last ten minutes, but we were crucified in the last ten

Go Blues

Crucified

Non-calls aside, I couldn't care less if the frees were 100-0.

That's if they're there to be paid.

You read a lot of dumb shit on forums. This is a chart topping example.

To be fair to Keogh, he has been the club house leader for many, many years and his obviously resolve to not give up the mantel is super impressive.

Wrong Cazz
Club house leader is the CFC
Worst performed club in the AFL in the last 20 years

Synbad has passed away or moved on but I’m still here

And believe me dude nothing would give me more pleasure to
see the club be great again
For that to happen certain people need to go

And I reckon you know who we are talking about if
you can remember some of synners and my posts in the past

Right back at you my friend

F me this Keigh bloke is a bore. Setters was in our best few yesterday and his inability to see his impact on the game has me questioning his judgement altogether

A great effort in my view and as Parko said on the radio we have the most talented list of under 23 years in the comp

Really pleased with effort but does underscore how dreadful and unacceptable last week was and if we had that effort in hawthorn Gold Coast swans and north games should have won at least a couple more games

Cripps is a champ one of the best 3 players in comp no doubt

Setterfield just has to play another big body both inside and out a bit fumby yesterday but looks the goods to me

As I said a few weeks ago don't think Jack Silvagni is going to be a star but still will be a very competent footballer who can play various position -cops a lot of flack for a guy drafted 50 s in the draft

Cunningham really good forward craft and must play in our forward line

Backline given personnel down and given talent in Carringbush forward line was very good

Stocker and Williamson showed some real talent need a lot more games into them but looking good

Thought fisher was again very good

Yesterday was one of the times during the season that you could see that the multi-pronged forward line McGovern H and Charlie is in the future going to murder teams
Kreuz Daisy and Murph led well from the front yesterday
As for the umpires they were dreadful and Carlton should go to the AFL
24 to 8 in a close game is wrong we don't expect 50/50 but that differential is appalling and needs explaining

Didn't hang on in the last even the ball bounced against us in the last let alone the armchair ride that they got from the umps and the shocking non decisions Moore assassinated Charlie twice in the same incident in the third quarter and everyone at the ground thought it was not just one but two free kicks

Bring that effort every week and we should be winning games

Careful, Sin City will tag you as an online Troll unless you have Jack as second Brownlow favourite behind Cripps.

It's all good BS, I would never accuse you of being an online troll. They have evolved over the years and become capable of witty responses. Many of them also just troll in their spare time but have the football knowledge to realise the game is played differently to what it was in the 90s. These things are clearly beyond your capabilities.

Pretty good response and for once only one mistake.

There a bit older
But Cripps may be heading over west in a couple
of years if we don’t start winning games

Hard to tell which outcome you would be most satisfied by: you being right about this or us getting better.

I just watched the Crisp goal again. The one that started their run when we had control of the game.
If you wanted a perfect representation of the game it is this goal.
A soft free to Grundy in the ruck in our forward half. A pass to Crisp. A 50 against Jack for running around Crisp to get on the mark.
Crisp plays on and kicks to Elliot who is caught behind Plowman, grabs him around the abdomen and arm and pulls him to the ground. No free paid then Ellliot gets a finger to the ball. Signaled a goal immediately and with the most basic of goal revies, all clear and lets bounce it.
