sidebottom - 19 touches. I know in a praccy match we do our own thing but we may as well practice shutting down a player - be good experience for walsh? |

Carlton bomb it long down the line from defence...Collingwood use handball receive, short kicks on the 45. |

well gotta admit we are far more in the game than expected - although it appears a lot is resting on the shoulder of a few. Might be good to try a '2 talls' set up in the second half to see if that is a step up for us with pressure and maybe force more thoughtful I50 kicks. |

Garlett has looked alright in defence. Much more mature midfield for Collingwood and they're able to do a hell of a lot more running and get more numbers to the contest than us. It's a good hitout for our young guys. |

Q2 29:09 The Blues win the second quarter by a goal to reduce the margin at half-time to four points. The Blues have won the contested possession count in each of the quarters, but are being destroyed in uncontested possessions. |

Letting Collingwood run the ball from half back. Too many free players, we need to man up. Look good when we win the ball from the midfield. Cripper up forward is a danger. Happy with our first half effort. Go blues!!! |

Langdon could've smashed Paddy Dow - very generous Our 3 forwards clearly need some time to work things out - they need to get some space on their opponents for a start Phillips doing okay - has a habit of getting too far under the ball in a marking contest |

That's really only Murphy, Thomas, Simpson and E Curnow. |

We are getting murdered in the uncontested game. Our F50 entries are not clean. Grundy has won all but one centre bounce. We are going down the line to a contest. They are running or chipping it from one end to the other. I am surprised we are still in it (I am a few minutes behind). |
