I'm glad some of you guys weren't in charge of our appeal  .

And I'm glad some of you aren't in charge of our coaching appointments

Gosh I was so sure there was nothing in that 'hit' the ex Magpie fool Christian made... known to make up stuff on the fly.

When I heard what that anti Carlton media thought I knew the dick Christian was just being vindictive/ anti Carlton.

After all the positive media since last Monday, well before the Cripps announcement I was so angry to read your post Donstuie...from a Carlton supporter. I thought you were just prepared to accept injustice.Lie down and take it. Given up hope.

I know you're happy with the result and glad to be wrong but....

No hard feelings, but FFS harden up.

We are starting our climb...enjoy the ride.

I hope you become more positive with the future of our journey following this outcome...you oo...other negative nellies. You...all of you.

Go Blues

Wowee three "wins" in a week. Ikon Park is a happy place late in a very dark season. As they say the darkest hour........

Reckon we should relish taking this mob on..............our young blokes should make this game there own.Take on this so called superstar team.Shit mate, the Saints were running rings around them last week and only for appalling kicking for goal were right in it.Take a cue Blues. For a so called super side they sneak out the back far too much for my liking.Cheap tricks don't get flags.

As for Curnow May milked the hit for all it was worth ridiculous and compare that to Mays hit on Ed ridiculous

Can't believe I'm saying this but I reckon we'll avoid the Spoon. This week by far the toughest ( we did beat them as red hot favs here last time though) but we can win the rest. Avoiding the spoon maybe better than the no.1 pick but not sure about losing a possible PP. Winning is good though

Countered though with looking a lot more attractive to potential FA's.

Maybe. Could GC receive Pick 1 PP, Pick 2 FA compensation and pick 3 as their first round selection?
The AFL will do whatever they can to help them and if we evade pick 1, it will make it much easier for them.

Except that we are worse than them.

Exactly. We'll almost certainly win no more games than they do so based on logic, (risky when dealing with the AFL I know), I hope they get a great PP.

We have won 2 out 18 then all of a sudden we are going to win 3 of the next 4 making 4 of the last 5 and avoid spoon.
It would be a good way to finish the season but I don't think so

Agree GWS , Freo at Optus & Crows all difficult, perhaps the Doggies but can't see it really. Hope the boys give it their best and battle it out in all games. We need the soothing feeling.

can't ever remember so many successful appeals. The Christian MRO reign is a debacle.
