Yep. Apparently the raffle winner gets to play to fill the 22.

Injured

Seriously we must have issues with player conditioning. Never have we been this injury plagued....it makes Ratts' fatal season seem injury free !

This must be addressed before the 2019 pre season. Need to recruit the best to get the best result. Cannot be pure bad luck surely ?

Don't know about that MIL. Jones' knock on his knee and Fisher's broken leg ... can't see how you can do much about that.
The elevated heart rate stuff was a bit weird. If it was Essendon* I would've just assumed that they got a bad batch, but surely we wouldn't be doing anything dodgy like that.

I reckon if we can finished the game with 22 fit players we're a good chance.

Agree.

Just a lot of bad luck.

Glad our kids haven't had bad injuries given the early exposure to senior footy
Willo's back did not happen in game time, nmore like a genetic issue ... I read somewhere.

Kreuzer still suffering from his head knock? :?

Matthew Kreuzer won’t return, with the Club taking a cautious approach in his recovery from an elevated heart rate. Matthew Lobbe will once again take on the ruck mantle in his absence.

Good to see Byrne back. I'm also optimistic long-term about Lang.

It says a bit that Casboult can't make the team, even with all our injuries.

Schumacher a bit stiff.

It was completely ridiculous to play Casboult last week.

Great to see Byrne back.

I'd prefer him in the team than Thomas.

It's more both being out of form since his injuries, plus there's no room anyway, re: talls.

Maybe he's just showing the right signs, in a stronger team effort, but not quite ready to feed him to the Lions/Suns.

It doesnt matter.

If he gets a taste before the season is out we will know he's another who is considered as potential for our 17th.
