We need to turn over another 20 players this year. Then we'll be really really good.

Let's face it, Bolts has cut our list waaaaaaaay too hard. He's really [REDACTED] it.

:garthp:

Bolts is the coach, not the list manager

Games against Carlton shouldn't get any points.

I think Bolton going would be even more devastating for the club.

Just don't ask me why right now please.

It’s a shame because one of these losses is going to cost bolts his job.

Yep.

The collective ****-ups of so many for so long will be taken out on Bolton, while our "supporters" clap and cheer his walk to the gallows, thinking his sacrifice will suddenly bring a bumper harvest next year.

I hear ya but what’s the answer here? This is beyond a joke

Full, independent, warts and all review of the people within the entire club from top to bottom:
- Coaching
- Skills
- Fitness / Conditioning / Injury management
- Board, President and CEO
- Football Department
- List management
- Member engagement and media management
- Boot studders

Weak links to be weeded out, with recommendations for new strategies implemented even if it throws noses out of joint.

Everything has gone wrong this year, and if there is even the slightest hint that this will re-occur, the club needs to act NOW.
