Please, no excuses Bolton, I don’t want to hear about our injuries. Just tell us we played poor, our game plan didn’t hold up and it wasn’t good enough.

Priority pick PLEASE
It's time for the AFL to step in because we have no idea

Positives:
- I liked the lead up to SPS' goal in the first quarter where we had set up a good zone and put good pressure on to turn the ball over
- A couple of sizzling kicks from Fisher in the last quarter
- LOB's first goal gets that monkey off his back
- Always nice to see Pickett use his pace as he did a few times

Negatives:
- Pretty much everything else
- Especially frustrating that we picked Phillips over McKay only to see Phillips get injured in the first 10 minutes.

That was bad.

We are miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiles off the pace.

I point the finger at SOS. Our list is horrible.

He has set us back another 20 years.

I’ve got another one.

I think we had 5 players who didn’t have a disposal smothered.

Just end this @#$%&! season already.

Also, a priority pick wouldn't have meant shit today.

Just send everyone in for surgery who needs it. Finishing a game with 22 for players is just not going to happen this year.

Probably 16-18 on the injured list come Tuesday.

McDaid should debut next week due to lack of available players.

Pros:

Hardly any.
I guess we started to score in the last quarter.
Ed's job on Zorko in the 1st half.
LOB finally kicked a goal.
Charlie's efforts against 3 opponents.
Fisher's 2nd half.
Marchbank's 1st quarter.

Cons:

The game style/structure we tried to play today. Looked horrible from the start. Not sure why we seem to consistently make terribly decisions against weaker opposition.
Match ups. Why wasn't Jones on Hipwood, and Rowe on the other guy?
Injuries.
Goalkicking.
Duckers.
Kreuzer looks gone to me. He had a good year last year. I wonder if he's fired his final shot.
I've run out of patience with Wright.
The media's going to come hard again. And we've got no one but ourselves to blame.

We had 8 players that had a higher disposal efficiency than the team average, that’s prett good.

We just can’t compete with Doc, Simmo, Willo, Byrne all out. We fill the holes with players we need further up field.

Rowe and Jones just aren’t taking us anywhere.

But what can we do? No cover for them.

Polson is now known as the almost man. Almost gets the ball, almost gets clear to kick at goal, almost intercepts. Not far off a breakout game, almost.

Watching this current team is torture. The poorest performing Carlton side Ihave seen since 1966. I am a glass half full person by nature, but I’m struggling to see any positives today.

Pros - we had the prefect lead up into another Friday night game, media gonna sook about it.

I really hope the media go hard at all aspects of this club starting with the coach and captain...
