Hi everyone first time poster longtime reader. I was thinking about buying some DVDs of old Carlton games before the sports delivered service shuts down. I'm only 30 however and started following Carlton later in life so was looking up some old classic matches that I need to watch and came across this DVD set.

I'm able to find the 2nd edition DVD to buy but the 1st edition seems to be sold out everywhere. I'm just wondering if someone has a copy that I could borrow and copy. I was thinking I would convert it into a digital copy that would be able to be shared with the community also.

1st edition comes with
1994 Round 22 vs West Coast Eagles (Bradley’s classic goal inspires a big win over the future premiers)

1996 Round 5 vs West Coast Eagles (Kouta takes 18 marks including the game saver in a thriller)

1998 Round 17 vs Western Bulldogs (A huge 11-goal second quarter as the Blues see off a quality dogs side)

1999 “The Millennium Match” vs Collingwood (A New Year’s Eve Special as Fev bags 12 goals against the old enemy)

2001 Round 3 vs Essendon* (A massive upset win over Sheedy’s champion bombers side)

2011 Elimination Final vs Essendon* (A rampant blues outfit dishes out a thrashing to their fierce rivals)

2nd edition comes with
1991 ROUND 14 VS WEST COAST EAGLES
The Blues inflict the soaring Eagles first loss of the season at Princes Park

1995 ROUND 12 VS GEELONG
In a dress rehearsal for the Grand Final Carlton hang on to clinch victory

2001 ROUND 18 VS Essendon*
In the hunt for the flag, the Blues secure a great win against their fierce rival

2007 ROUND 3 VS Essendon*
Staring defeat in the face, a rampant Fevola inspires a famous come-from-behind victory

2011 ROUND 6 VS SYDNEY SWANS
Trailing in the third quarter Carlton rally to their first win in Sydney in 18 years

2013 ROUND 23 VS PORT ADELAIDE
Needing a win would secure finals footy, the Blues win a nail biter by a single point

Lastly does anyone have any other must see matches for a younger Carlton fan?

Thanks everyone

One of my favorites is R22, v North at VFL Park. Sticks goals after the siren. But it was monumental as Hawks got up in dying seconds and we had to then win for the week off. I was there and it was like EPL Super Saturday with everyone listening to the radio of other games.
Hawks then had 3 tough games and were done by the time we got to the GF

Can't help with the DVDs but geez that's a good compilation.

That 1998 game against the dogs had a 38 minute quarter, if memory serves.

Had many of them on name-a-game VHS but turfed them all when Mum passed two years ago and had to clean out her house.

When Optus vision had the AFL my dad used to tape all the live games and replays. Turfed them too.

Remember the footy record on DVD in the mid 90’s? Had that too.

Ah the memories.
