reg_lower91 on BF just posted that Campo will return to the club and take up one of the vacant coaching positions.

Campo has just been sakced by the Cows, so at least we know he's available.

I don't think he's going to be missed.

Have read that he and Teague didn't get on so well at Adelaide???

Campo wouldn't be coming to work under Teague as his assistant if their relationship was sour or unworkable.
Campo would have to add value to the Teague Train or he's not fit for the job.

The Club is pleased to welcome Daniel O’Keefe on board as a development coach. O’Keefe has a distinguished eight-year coaching career working with elite junior talent, during his time at the Geelong Falcons and most recently as an assistant coach with the Geelong Cats in the VFL.

Key takeaways
- Welcome Daniel O'Keefe
- Fraser VERY lucky (Barker - goes without saying) :banghead:
- Diesel as skills coach
- No Campo, Reg gets it wrong again :garthp:

I hope Teague has a great and cunning plan regarding the VFL and how to fix our team.
I suppose he must know something we don't re Fraser.
From the outside, it looked like we desperately needed a new coach there.

From getting Longmuir and Newman to sticking with Barker and Fraser......

Talk about underwhelming, but oh well it is what it is, onwards and upwards.

Stoppages is the least important job they can give to Barker.

Came over to Melbourne for the Adelaide game, there was one passage of play when the players used very quick handballs to get out of trouble to a player in the open and on the run. Haven't seen too much of that and at the time I thought that has Diesel's stamp on it.

Agree on the hand balling latter in the season. I remember hearing Diesel talking about using long handballs to break open the game rather than the defensive 1m handballs that every one overuses.
Let’s hope it continues to develop

Diesel should be full time senior mentor assistant to the coach too. His footy brain , brilliance, determination and intensity just superb, second to none.
A mighty icon of our great game.

I'm watching the Lakers/Jazz replay and if it's good enough for LeBron to have a proper free throw routine where he actually concentrates on what he's doing it's @#$%&! well good enough for Rocca to demand the likes of Harry do the same when shooting for goal.

Does this College of Sport offer us the opportunity to pay coaches outside the cap?

If so, for how long?
