Well thanks a flower lot Carlton !
My 10yr old young bloke, yesterday, threw his Carlton merchandise in the bin.

His Words, "I cant do this anymore, they are just shit !" He was so upset :(
Over the last few years, I've encouraged him to keep faith, things will turn and good things
will come to the Carlton Football Club !
They've made a liar out of me !

I really believe I've lost him !
Now I'm crying !

but in four more years

Well, it is a sad state of affairs and I am truly sorry for all the parents trying to raise young blues supporters.
I've brought in a half-dozen counsellors for Y'all and am assured they have nothing to do with that mob Adelaide hired. so...yeah, rest assured they won't be playing other teams theme songs or anything.
if that fails, you can go into the Big Sleep room, and stay comatose until we start to climb the ladder.
you are welcome.

Know how you feel, my grandsons have no interest in going to matches now. As my daughter said to me "Carlton are losing a generation of supporters".

For they so loved Carlton that they gave their only begotten sons  ..... FFS these kids need to harden the f### up.
Bottle the misery and take it out on the other clubs with no mercy whatsoever when they get their chance. It will come eventually... It is your job to get them to see it through.

My 7 yo won’t watch anymore. He just asks “how much did we lose by this week Dad?”

“Did the Drug Cheats lose too?”

They are the same questions I ask myself.

The club is losing me!

I have a line from a Neil Young song playing over in my head...
From a track on After the Goldrush.
"Hoping that maybe in a year or two we can laugh, and let it all out"
In the chorus... " am I lying to you when I say, that I believe in you..."

Let's hope the club does not implode. Media is all over our pathetic performance. Rightfully so.

Could be a few Carlton people crying internally this week. Although you won't know if it's out president because he is nowhere to be seen or heard. Is he still our president? Oh well at least we have Judd to defend our great progress publicly.

I just look at TC at about 3/4 time to confirm we are disappointing then logout. Cant go near emotionally investing in actually watching a game. Once again will look forward to the pre-season - the only positive time of the year as a Carlton supporter.
