Wow. :banghead: We seem to have saved up another abject performance, just when we had a decent chance of getting a win. Gold Coast game all over again. Savaged in midfield. Savaged by turnovers. Very poor goalkicking. Confidence has dropped away completely.

People complain about our defensive game style, but whenever we try and play more attacking footy, we continually turn the ball over.

Maybe Phillips isn't fit enough. But Kreuzer simply can't compete against the really good ruckman.

O'Brien, SPS and SOJ have shown a bit.
Kerr's been okay, but his finishing has been poor.

Rowe has had an absolute shocker.
Now that Wright seems to have the yips, not sure he gives us much. He's a slow, non-tackling low-possession forward.

I really like Ed, but his turnovers have been very costly. And can't get near Fyfe.

Kerridge just can't get near it. Seems to be spending a lot of time guarding space, while Freo players receive the ball nearby.

And having to listen to inane-Dwayne trolling us makes it even worse. :hitcomputer:

I think we'll make the back pages for the next week, as a bad as GC and Saints are going, we are worse. Not one player put his body on the line that half.....that's the sign they ain't playing for the coach. Freo kids are waltzing around like super stars.

Shit we are unlucky.

Yes indeed BS. Woke up at 5:30 here in Oford UK to this rubbish. Too many things are wrong at the moment. Good reason not to get on line while I travel. What exists will there be this time. Losing faith ...

Weitering has been fairly good, apart for falling over in the middle of the ground and gifting them another easy turnover goal.

I have to watch the first 10 minutes of the 2nd half to see if we give any effort at all before switching off....or throwing myself off the balcony.... I might flip a coin.
My poor dog thinks I'm yelling at her and is scared shitless

Our defensive game plan is failing, it would seem. Maybe we need to attack.
Put Jones in the ruck. he might get a hit out.
Put Cripps in the forward line.
Do something!
Don't do nothing!

I'm seeing resentment and confusion from the players, not good. Not sure any coaches should still be there come next season and said as much months ago. What is Caracella up too?

I've started watching the NBA so I can wean myself of the AFL. I am not interested in the AFL, only Carlton but they are killing me after all I've given them.

SPS has been fairly good. LOB getting more involved, as is Weitering. Cripps and Ed working their backsides off. Hard to judge the forwards as the ball isn't getting down there. Defenders making plenty of mistakes and feeling under siege. Team has been awful, beaten to the ball all day, making way too many turnovers and getting smashed for speed.

Sit on Cripps and it's pretty much game over.

What a load of crap Cripps had Fyfe in the first quarter and let him run wild it was embarrassing from Cripps who set the tone for the game. Totally lack of effort in chasing and manning up.
Massive dint in his leadership aspirations.

Did i say it would solve all our problems?

But when something is available within the system that MIGHT help you , you don't turn it away under the pretence of pride.

It is utter stupidity, nothing else

I've let my dogs go outside .... i'm not sure they'll ever recover from being exposed to that half of 'football'.
Hopefully they eat each others poop to cheer themselves up.
