We can see the future, just wish it would hurry up.

Skills and goal kicking are for the bin.
This was the one that got away.
Final result doesn’t reflect the reality of the game.

We showed plenty. If only someone could teach us how to play the modern game. We're certainly hard enough at it.

Don't know how to win
Thats all it comes down to in games like this .
Split second decisions that are wrong cost you the game.
Comes from lack of confidence

Can't fault the effort or endeavour.

So much to be happy about.

But can't hide frustration at how we butcher the basics and fundamentals. Some inexcusable errors that just kill us.

Hold them to account and don't fall for the trap of being happy with a gallant effort.

I'm sure our football education is watching old black and white games on TV. We play like it.

Great effort but that was a victory missed out on as we have no idea how to move a ball.

Dow gets better and better.
O'Brien keeps putting himself in good spots. The composure will come.
Hope they persist with Kerr.
Better again by SPS. Is it just me or is he genuinely a slow runner?
The captaincy elevates Cripps.
Great to see Jacob and Jones have great games.
Plow righting a few wrongs. Amazing game. Our defencive structure generally a massive turn around from last week.
Just a few stray shots straighten up and we are jumping for joy.

Good effort, another that got away.
Oh, and apparently the Curnow brothers come from the Geelong area.
Wow, I never knew that. Thanks Dwayne.

Tough effort.
Cripps, Curnows, Jones, Plowman, Simmo, Weiters, Fisher, SPS, Dow, Kreuzer all remarkable.

OBrien, OShea, Cunningham & McKay all liabilities tonight at crucial times. Is Cunners another Graham, good VF but can’t seem to perform on the big stage.

Lamb doesn’t contribute enough offensively. Carrying a lot and it’s evident late in games.

Think it’s bout time SOS returns. Play him FWD & mid.

And how many times did he want to mention we are last. By a big percentage. Flog

We've got Charlie, Harry and Pat up forward with crummers like Fisher, SPS, Wright and cuners yet we can't get any structured goal. No lead-up, mark, goal.

We get the ball off half back and have to stop and kick sideways 3 times then back, then sideways again.

Might be harsh but we needed Harry and Kerr to be harder in quite a few contests. Hopefully that will come.

We are also crying out for quality small forwards that can apply significant pressure and lock the ball in. Don't get enough out of our smalls and the ball comes out of our F50 too easily. Picketts loss continues to hurt.

Last week it was defence. This week we broke down up forward imho.

McKay did a lot of good things too. Fumbled plenty as a big man in the wet but he's been good below his knees the last couple. Need to back young learning big guys in.

Cunners is a fraction better than Graham but had a poor game.

Our forwards just get confused at what happens up the ground. Then it comes in so slowly they get lost in the congestion.

It's the type of game where we missed Levi badly taking a contested mark amongst all that congestion. Too much for the kids at this stage. If we knew how to even remotely run and carrying then it would be less of an issue.

I’m not too sure but I think Charlie and Ed Curnow come from Geelong, can someone please verify and confirm that?

I wouldn’t call Fish, SPS and Cunners as crumbers. Midfield flankers. We need a Pickett or type to emerge or be drafted.
