Bring everything you’ve got, get all the fit players back that you can, and don’t @#$%&! up.

Tipping Woody to have another good game against us.
Tipping Cripps to have another good game.
Tipping us to win.

This is our line in the sand game.

relax. this is all part of a glorious plan.
our first win will be against the cheating cult.
see?
the team that could not win a game for 7 weeks, can win against THEM, (BOOOOOOOOO) because they are THAT crappy.
perfect!
We are the Navy Blues; (and sometimes the grey ghosts)
we will fight them on the G, and NEVER GIVE IN.
Go Blues.

So confident I'm actually going to the game. Convincing my 7 year old is a tad more difficult. "wanna go to the footy next week"....... "no"

I’m flying down to Melbourne for this one.

Do not let me down Blues (not hopeful).

I may well remember this trip for visits to Tipo 00 and Philippe otherwise...

Need some run and carry - Lang in for mine although only 3rd game back.

Love the positivity but in reality, Ess* have their own sh1t to deal with and need this to be a line in the sand game as well. They will run us off our legs

Their foot/hand/positioning skills are far superior to ours

My 4 biggest gripes with Carl at the moment are:
How we gift wrap the ball back to the opp from our kick in (Simmo #1 culprit)
Our handballing is seriously Under 14 level
Our laziness (or something) to not create space and kick to someone who doesnt have an opponent up his backside
Our stupidity in decision making to handball (poorly to start with) to a statue or someone with an opposition player up his backside

Rebuild philosophy I can deal with but skill level which is maybe a bit better than VFL level is something I have concerns with

And FFFS Cripps...start nailing those goals....JESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSUUUUUUUUUUUUUS CHRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

IN: Lang Polson Marchbank Curnow
OUT: Casboult (inj???) Phillips (1 of Wright, Mullet, O'Shea) SPS (who maybe needs to spend at least 6 weeks at VFL level learning that AFL isnt about 2-3 glimpses of his cute fine motor skills. He needs to develop a psychological edge that sees more intensity in his game)

Maybe Rowe can do some ruckwork

My main gripe at the moment is the lack of belief in a number of our players at the moment.

Our sports psychologist currently has a massively important role to get our guys to want to get involved and contribute.

The main (only?) area where we have the edge is the bloke in the middle. They’re weak as piss in the contested possessions side of things, and we have one of the best in the business.

So therefore I predict Cripps to have a “mishap” at training this week or to limp off in the first 5 minutes.

Sps...he is the 'almost'guy. He is almost brilliant but just misses. I would like this to be the game where it all clicks for him and he dazzles.

Out: Phillips (for team balance, not because he’s shit) CAS (injured) Jones (shit) O’Shite
In: Charlie, Marchbank, Lang and Weitering

This way the MC will still be rapt because we will win the height competition (surely that’s why we play 10 KPP sized player each game) but we’ll at least be more mobile
