AFLCA Votes

9 Bontempelli
8 P Cripps
7 Macrae
4 L Hunter
2 Fisher

At the completion of round 6, Tom Mitchell (33 votes) has a narrow lead over Steele Sidebottom (31 votes). Max Gawn and Dustin Martin (29 votes), and Trent Cotchin, Patrick Cripps and Nat Fyfe (28 votes) are breathing down their necks.

jeez cripps is unlucky. he was best on ground by a ways. if bontempelli kicks those 2 goals, yeah it's him

... but he didn't.

It's late in the day and my brain's fried but by my reasoning, one of the coaches gave Cripps 3 votes, behind Macrae.

Agree... YEESH... If Cripps went to the ball he came away with it... The Bont was good, not that good. Mcrae did damage, didn't dominate.... I'm guessing Beverage was giving out elephant stamps to the pissed off boys

On SEN the day after, Beveridge suggested that they originally decided not to tag Cripps because he doesn't actually gain much ground with his possessions. :banghead:
