Wow, check out some of Plowmans efforts tonight, I hope he is carrying something for his sake...so bad

Everyone needs to relax. You don't turn over 42 players, trade out experienced players, draft a bunch of kids and expect to be good within 2 years. All those kids that are our rebuild are 18-22. When they're 20-24 we'll improve. When they're 22-26, you can judge the rebuild. It hurts, but that's the reality of it.
Dogs on average 18months younger than Blues

Look at their top 8 players compared to ours. Basically of theirs are in their prime. For us only Cripps would be.

Exactly. We might be older, but most of our older player are between shit and serviceable. We have no A graders in our older bunch. Half of their team tonight were holding up the premiership cup 18 months ago.

Our senior players tonight are Simmo, Rowe, Daisy, Jones, Ed Curnow, Mullet, O'Shea, Kerridge, Wright, Casboult, Phillips.

Not many A graders in there. A lot of good honest triers. Simmo an ex A grader. Quite a lot of deadwood. When the senior players become Cripps, Curnow, Dow, SPS, Fisher, O'Brien, Marchbank, Kennedy, McKay, and you add in Docherty, Cuningham, Weitering, Williamson, Pickett, Garlett, Lang, Byrne etc, plus kids from this years draft, we will be good. How good, we'll have to wait and see. But that will be the rebuild. Not now

Every time we kick backwards they score from it.

This is half the reason why we have been poor for so many years. Instead of being accountable we hide behind excuses both in terms of the way we play and our list management. How many years have we been rebuilding for? 23? You seem to forget that when we let our players get to that prime age and experience level, we have a habit of letting them go to other clubs. Thats reality, not hiding behind excuses.

If we manage to keep Cripps and Charlie I will be surprised.

Good work by Wright there, even if SOS kicked it by accidentally tripping over it.
