4. If the quarters went 20 minutes flat…
The Blues would have done quite well. Eight of West Coast’s 10 goals to three-quarter time came in time-on, as the inexperienced Blues faded towards the end of each quarter. It’s a painful but necessary part of a developing team to run out entire quarters and the Blues aren’t there yet.

Why are any goals Carlton kicks in the final two minutes of a quarter not listed?

Secondly, what is a team to do differently to prevent late goals being scored? Go into ultra-defensive mode? Try a little bit harder?

Isn't it only "junk time" when the game is over as a contest? And when did we become America?

Since we started asking "where are you at?" instead of "where are you?"

And saying 'than what' instead of 'than'?

21 goals coughed up in red-time thus far in 2018.

126 points (15% of our total) in the final 2-3 minutes of quarters.

Well what is it, the final 2 minutes or the final 3? Because 3 minutes is exactly 15% of a quarter, making the stat entirely unremarkable. ;)

It seemed more profound at first.
