Drafting's been ok, 5 rising star nominations last year. The total indictment is the lack of care, commitment and attitude. The best side on paper in the world will look disgraceful with that attitude.

Everyone severely overestimates the validity of 'rising star nominations' as a measure of a footballer's ability.
