Happy with SOJ and LOB in.
Would prefer Macreadie for O’Shea. Just don’t see what we gain by delisting some of the guys we have the past 2 years just to play O’Shea. Hope he proves me wrong

Polson is miles off the pace, just looks like a guy not up to AFL level.

Looks like every other 3rd gamer, who struggles early. Some clubs continue to play them anyway and low and behold they become good players.
We are not those clubs. But yeah lets stick with the recycled cast offs and pretend we are rebuilding. Because it's been working so well.

i don't get what everyone sees with him. he reminds me of jacksh, but with more heart. he's not fast, agile or strong. doesn't work hard up the field, and is beaten by his man most weeks. yeah?

Nah

If Bolton is applying the same rule for LOB as Harry then LOB has had good continuity

Probably would be excellent, but why waste him there when we have Simpson doing the job this year, Doc back next year, and are screaming out for run, carry and good delivery into F50?

Unlike LOB who is clearly at AFL pace

Kerridge and Graham both 30 plus in the Ants and this week we come up against a couple of big mids.
So they pick O'Shea.
If you want to tell a player that being in the best on a day where nobody else in the team got a kick you won't get picked, you can't expect them to have their heart in it next week.
Kerridge gets plenty of the footy and on Bellerive that's a good start.
We need to win the midfield battle this week or we will get flogged inside their F50.

Don’t know if you can have Kerridge, Kennedy and Cripps in the same team. Too similar. Kerridge will play if one of these two cannot imo.

I love the logic here

“We’re too slow and spray our kicks forward!”
*club picks quick kid with excellent disposal*
“WTF why didn’t we pick the 2m tall KPP??”

We definitely need more grunt in the midfield ... I would have thought Kerridge or Graham would have got the call based on their consistent ball winning ability and the Bolton Mantra of select those who are performing (though I don't think either of them are a long term answer). Happy to see LOB get a game ... a good young prospect for the future.

What I am not happy about is Mullet and O'Shea getting a game.

Agree ... Polson does seem to be miles off AFL level. Hopefully he will improve.

With regards to DOW ... he seems to be getting better each week. Has a long way to go but I think its worth getting more AFL level game time into him.

Its gunna be wet and windy in Tassy tomorrow night. Won't requre a lot of skill ... just guts and determination.

Won't be much to look at.

Well not like it'd be anything different if it was dry without a puff of wind.

IMO you need more skill to play in the wet
clean hands and good disposal in wet and windy conditions is needed
