If Kreuzer misses do we play Casboult as the ruck and bring in McKay or does Libby get a go?

Silvagni was really poor tonight, maybe another runner.

After that effort, no SOJ, Thomas, Lamb. Really missed Kennedy.

Seriously no Thomas? Do people just copy and paste that in every week and not bother to watch the game?
Flower me

Well said Rhino, Thomas played well. I have been saying it for a while JW is better forward than back.

Kill them, just kill them. Get Ritchie in if fit, lose a tall.

Minimal impact. You obviously saw aspects of his that I did not.

I thought we played well. Can’t see us making 3 unforced changes.

Likely misses due to injuries
Kruzer
Kennedy

Replace with Harry(Levi to 1st Ruck) and probably Kerridge for inside grunt to replace Kennedy

Would bring in Cunningham for Byrne and maybe Williamson for Silvani (send Weiters fwd)

I'd drop Weiters. I love him and am certain he will be a great player, but he can't possibly play on the back of tonights performance. He was woeful. Confidence is shot to bits and is lacking intensity.
No shame at all in going back to Preston for a few weeks to regain his touch and confidence. He'll come back a better player and the player we all know he can be.

Clearly, was one of our better players and showed invaluable leadership.

Thomas was good, and I'm not a Thomas person... But he wasn't great, so no 'clearly' about it from my POV... nor giving that leadership we need... Hi Marc...

We missed Doc.
Jones can only do so much. When the ball wasn't around he was being pushed out of position... Just good tactics

Go you good things

Thomas played a good average game. He's not the future, he's not even the present, we should be playing a developing kid instead of him.

Was great last game against the Hawks. Just a shocker last night, although better second half.

I’d bring Ritchie and Lobbe/Phillips in next week, if Kennedy and Kreuzer are out.

Otherwise give those who played poorly a chance to redeem themselves (SOJ, Weiters, Jones, Casboult). Byrne played better as the game went on.

Given Carlton's record against teams expected to finish low on the ladder I just hope we don't shit the bed again.

As bad as Levi's first half was his 2nd half was certainly good when he went into the ruck. He showed for the first time, as he did in the JLT games, he could play first ruck if needed. Which was good as his first half up forward was terrible. If Kreuzer's out Levi into the ruck and McKay in.

Important now we win these games. A good game against the premiers will mean nothing if we get beaten by the likes of the Gold Coast.
