After being a member many many years ago, I rejoined in 2001 when we were at a low point and I thought to myself "a true supporter supports his team through good and bad." I have been a member ever since maintaining the view that we need to support our club when things are going bad. But I have to say that it is fortunate that I paid my membership before the North Melb game as I seriously would have had second thoughts about parting with the dollars after Sat night. I understand we are undermanned through injury, but I just want to see the boys having a go. If they get beaten when it is apparent they are having a real crack, I can except it. But Sat night............ |

The people I go with are already talking about not joining next year or downgrading their memberships. I am finding it hard to motivate myself to go, I unfortunately was there on Saturday night. It is really getting hard to barrack for Carlton right now, our patience is wearing thin. 49,737 as of today. |

I finally got my membership pack this week - which includes my 40 year membership pin - asking me to wear it with pride. It’s becoming more and more difficult- but I will wear it this Saturday at the MCG.
