Good result - no doubt in my mind the success of the AFLW team is contributing to higher membership numbers.

Really?

I doubt the girls team brings any members. The tickets are free.

It's not always about tickets being free or gate entry. For some people (us interstaters for example) it's about being part of the journey and part of the club. This is where I think the women's team helps attract additional members - daughters or sisters or partners of current members who now might want to get on board.

Also there's a whole new team of players and support staff who have families and friends - there's a potential bunch of new members there.

Just my view but it will be interesting to see the splits at the end of the membership period and whether there has been an increase in female members.

An increase in male members would be appreciated by CK.

Membership department rang out of the blue today...answered every question I had without hesitation. Excellent customer service.

Ok...they aren't accepting payment in cryptocurrency (yet), but sometimes all they have to do is call. Knowing their shit helps. I signed up on the spot.

If that level of quality service is now the norm and it's coupled with a reasonably exciting brand of footy - then adding 20,000 on top of what is already there should be very attainable.

How many premierships do they have in the past 20 years?

That, plus you have to be a member to get seats at their home ground.

Anyone got their member packs yet, specifically the cap?

What are they like this year?

I wonder what effort the club has made to 'reconnect' with those that haven't renewed, not just this year but over the last few years. There has to be plenty out there.

I tried to trade my cow for a Captains Club membership. They wouldn't do it. They hate country supporters.
