Just wondering what people's thoughts/wishes as to who next seasons double up opponents will be.

I hope we get 2 from the bottom 6 (GC and Pies), 2 from the middle 6 (* and WCE) and 1 top 6(Tiges).

Wouldn't mind 2 games in Perth with the new stadium or if we played in Tassie against either NM or Haw.

Hope to see less Sunday 3pm games as well.

Wouldn’t mind if we could skip the round 1 opener against Richmond next year.

Give up a chance to ruin their party? ;-)

Isn't there a formula for the fixture these days... ie. groups of 6?

Don’t particularly want to see them hoist the flag that night - I think we might be a year away from being able to spoil their party.

Surely they draw it out of a hat and all their desired match ups happen purely by chance

Essendon* get every primetime spot.

Can't think of much else.

Wouldnt mind 3 teams from the bottom 6, 2 from the middle teams and none from the top 6.
Despite consistently finishing in the bottom 6 we never seem to get an easy draw.

How can we give Melbourne or StKilda a dream run so they can win the flag

Yes.
I can't remember what it is exactly but the bottom six are supposed to play their double up games from that group, the middle six once and the top six once plus blockbusters.
Pretty loose formula.
A bit like the FA compo.

Wouldn't mind if our games were Saturday afternoons.

Something nostalgic about it

What are the chances we might play Geelong in Geelong?

I heard that too.
I am expecting to play another team from the top 6 again, even though we don't have to.
I am expecting two games in Perth again and we will travel 6 times again.
Assuming we will play in Geelong we will have 15 games in Melbourne.
Hope I am wrong.
